We Have Band have created a re-imagination of Peter Bjorn & John‘s “It Don’t Move Me”, one of the many hit songs from PB&J’s latest album Living Thing. The first thing I noticed as I listened to We Have Band‘s remix is that it doesn’t seem as heavy as the original. The original mix starts out with a low piano intro whereas the remix doesn’t introduce that particular riff till later and I didn’t even notice it on my first hearing.

We Have Band are a trio consisting of Darren Bancroft and also husband and wife Thomas & Dede Wp. They were featured on Kitsune Maison Compilation 6 and are supposedly recording their debut album with producer Gareth Jones who has previously worked with Grizzly Bear, Interpol and Depeche Mode.

While I’m not as much of a fan with their original songs as I am with this remix, I recommend you check it out for yourself.
