I’ve never been a huge Designer Drugs fan, but these guys definitely know how to rock it hard – and for those that appreciate a good “banger,” this one definitely gets the job done. They have a really interesting dirty pop sense to them that keeps me listening. I just need to take them in small doses, for, they can be abrasive.
“Drop Down,” is the latest off their single, Riot/Drop Down, which dropped last week on the one-year anniversary of their debut single, “Zombies”. I think it’s funny how last year, this time there was a small zombie obsession on the electronic scene (i.e. Major Lazer’s, “Zumbi”). No vampire songs yet, right? My, where has the year gone?
