_Robyn – “None Of Dem” (feat. Röyksopp)

Just like Sia, this is my first time posting about Robyn on Vinyl and Vodka. I’m not too familiar with her but I know a couple tracks.

“None of Dem” is another track from her 3 mini-album series ‘Body Talk’, this being part of the first. She’s returning the favor to Röyksopp and featuring them in this track (they featured her in “The Girl In The Robot” in ‘Junior’) She recently uploaded it onto her new constructed website, which allows fans to interact more with each other. Also, there’s an application on the site as well where you can record yourself singing or dancing to “None of Dem” and it will get uploaded for other fans to see.

According to Robyn in this song, nothing is good enough for her. She thinks none of these boys can dance, all of the girls are messes, none of them get her sex, and none of them moves her intellect. None of them work for her, none of them make her feel anything. And apparently none of the drugs work too.

Geez, Robyn. Stop keeping your expectations so high.
